Survival guide
Subject: Peak Oil, recognized by the Nation Geographic magazine, History Channel & Smithsonian magazine as a future food shortage event all should know about. From: A Former Missouri Army National Guard Officer/BS & MS Engineering. New technologies are pushing back the predictions of when Peak Oil will occur. Executive Summary: The 43 second movie trailer on the National Geographic Website http://natgeotv.com/ca/2210-thecollapse/videos/collapse-of-earth The movie is FREE on YouTube; "National Geographic Collapse" What Can I Do?; 1A. Garden with sustainable agriculture techniques (less pesticides and fertilizer (organic or better yet permaculture with companion planting)). 1B. Learn to preserve, and learn the spoil dates of different storage conditions, learn how to check for spoilage (includes give a little to one healthy person, if they don't get sick...give more to another...if they don't get sick your next action depends on multiple factors). 2. Buy food and manufactured goods made locally 3. Pay down debt 4. Learn skills they will be useful in the future and make friends that have useful skills you don't have (related to providing food, water, shelter, and medical care. A necessary skill is organic/permaculture gardening/farming). Very important: medicinal plant and medical skills are the best way to ensure your survival. All others will gladly sacrifice their life to protect your life, so you are around to use your medical knowledge to keep their families alive. Free first aid training from the Department of Homeland Security https://www.dhs.gov/get-involved 5. These are all high risk investments, best for only the richest people to put a lot of money in. I suggest investing some money into; A. Technologies to increase the "Carrying Capacity" of the planet; 1. Decrease environmental impact per capital. 2. Alternatives for our food system input to improve production. 3. Alternatives to our current living arrangements. 4. Alternatives to our plastics industry. 5. Alternatives to disaster capitalism (Note: the USSR and China have major human caused environmental disaster areas). B. "Delaying Technologies"; 1. i.e. deep drilling technologies (especially drilling 1 mile below sea level in the oceans). C. "Game Changer Technologies"; 1. i.e. Cold fusion energy. D. "Savior Technologies": 1. i.e. faster-than-light travel. 2. Replicator booths. 6. I also recommend you inform and prepare your family, friends, and others. It is best to initially suggest people have an emergency kit... for any emergency such as flood, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, loss of electricity due to a winter storm. Then, if the friend or relative puts together a disaster kit, what I do is introduce Peak Oil (by telling them of the 43 second movie trailer); 7. For the truly motivated, a community based organization to mitigate Climate Change and Peak Oil is http://www.transitionus.org/ (For non USA; HYPERLINK "https://transitionnetwork.org/" https://transitionnetwork.org/) Google 1) "2052" free Book summary download; 2) "Plan C"; See the Facebook page: "National Geographic Collapse movie"; Never give up, your families' lives are at stake! worldwide deaths at 7 out of 8 should die. I believe it is best to consider living between the Rocky and Appalachian Mountains well away from the southern coast and especially away from Central America. Consider the northern Midwest US where you have access to water (and the locals will accept you). Avoid being near nuclear reactors since the government may not pay to shut them down. Note; many rich in the US are stockpiling resources in New Zealand flee there. Think the Middle Ages, I hope and pray we still have a Constitution. We will have better knowledge if we can retain it. Read your history, it will repeat! Important Note: New technologies are pushing back the predictions that could not have anticipated what new technologies would be invented, when each would be invented and how effective each would be. A permanent World financial collapse will occur prior to Peak Oil/Plateau Population. This will be far worse than the worldwide Depression. Those in the know will know that the financial collapse will never reverse. The rich will become warlords or kings. Hopefully it will be understood that a form of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights will be needed to help prevent a warlord/king from being overthrown. Crucial Survival Information; Faith and Hope are essential in tough times!

1. Use amla
2.Drink Papaya leave juice
3. Throw SUGAR out (not plant based).
4. Be clean.
5. No Vaccination.
Pray, believe, avoid sugar and load up on Vitamin C and D3. Wash with bar soap. The liquids kill the good germs that may help prevent infection. Sugar restricts white blood cell formation and that is a necessary ingredient for combatting viral infection. Do not take any vaccinations and stop all vaccinations of children. At a time when natural immune system needs to be at max efficiency vaccines impair and destroy it with their mercury and aluminum and injection of live virus.
The words Wu Han have a very significant application. During the dynastic period two cities merged and combined their names to Wu Han. Wu Han is also the very centric ground zero of China's trade and commerce. It is located near the historic Great Canal that was the water way that brought trade from the south and the north.
Dynasties were based on tien shen literally a mandate of heaven. When the mandate weakened it always followed the same pattern. Corruption lead to famine and the canal not being maintained. The Yellow River flooded as a result ruining commerce and trade. Wu Han usually fell into chaos, the government lost the income needed to rule and then Wu Han rebelled or joined in a rebellion that led to a new dynasty and a new mandate from heaven to repair the canal, increase trade, create land reform and end corruption. The cycle then repeated historically many many times. The Red Chinese communist party have replaced the mandate of heaven with the Chinese phrase that says in effect they are the heaven and are the source of the mandate . Wu Han means in traditional Chinese the gateway of Heaven. That is the role played in the history of dynastic China and now the Red Chinese have sealed up literally the gateway to Heaven. Xi has also occupied the Emperor's palace as his home in Beijing. All of this does make for an interesting synchronicity huh? P.S Red plague update I have watched and reviewed some interesting first party material and here is what qualifies as observable science and / or truth. 1. Hospitals receive 300 - 350 testing kits per day. They have more than 3,000 people each day on the average, lined up for testing. 2. The stats being released are based on testing kits and the test hits only equal 3% or so of the actual patients needing testing. 97% roughly are not tested and not included in the numbers given. 3. Of this very small sample of testing 80 - 85% are testing positive and 15% are dying. So of 100 people with symptoms 80-85% test positive and of these 85 13-15 die. So 80 to 85% of the people not tested have the disease. And 15% or more of this number will die. To recap 12-15 people of every hundred will die if exposed to the disease. 4. This number trusts the results from the test kits being valid. It is way too early to know how these numbers may scale. For instance, do the test kits actually work or do they include many false positives or worst false negatives? Sketchy evidence indicates both are present. 5. It has now been observed the virus can sit on a table top for at least two weeks. We have observed this. What we have not observed is how much longer it can be inert like this and then still infect. 14 days has been observed. So does 14 days of quarantining kill the virus? No proof that it does None. But don't worry as people are released with no symptoms the world will then be the test. 6. When the virus does attach itself the following has been observed. A father brings it home from the airplane or flight crew. He has no symptoms for fourteen days then develops symptoms. He infects wife and wife infects child. Again this can happen at most anytime but we know there can be an interval of at least two weeks before this may manifest. What is very frightening is that when the virus passes from one to the other it changes and mutates. In other words, the vaccine that might work for the father will in no way help the other family members and vice versa. That is a deduction. The rest has been observed. 7. The virus is manmade and weaponized. I have the scientific study that observes and details this. Tyler Durden was banned from Twitter for releasing it. Courtesy copy attached. Read the conclusion on page 14. 8. In the natural we better hope the Red Chinese included a kill switch on this mutant monster they created. By that I mean it self-destructs after so many weeks or months. If they did not then we have a manmade monster that may prove impossible to restrict. 9. The patients that have survived are probably patients who were misdiagnosed so the 15% survival rate may be greatly more optimistic than realistic. 10. People who have had chemo probably need to make their peace. If exposed they have no defense. 11. Believe nothing the CDC or WHO say. The head of WHO prevented declaration of the epidemic because he is a paid lacky of Xi and Red China. Think of both as drunk sailors crossing from one side of the street to another. If truth is the middle of the street there will be two moments they intersect the truth but it will be an accident. Actually they cross over the truth not intersect. 12. Red China stole some of the virus in this soup. The Harvard professor arrested was one culprit that played the role of useful idiot. He is free on a million-dollar bail. Gee where did that money come from? Professors do pretty well at Harvard don't they? Another contributing source is our own labs and weapon development which is illegal. It seems we sent a batch to Canada and a Red Chinese working at that facility smuggled it to Wuhan. The lab there did not have effective safety systems. That was reported in 2017. I mean after all, we are talking Red Chinese here. Safety adds to cost. Not needed. The purpose of this weaponization was to control restive populations. They probably intended to beta test it on prisoners like Falun Gong and Christians then probably deploy against Uighurs. Then once that was perfected use it on Hong Kong and any city that had demonstrations against the Red Chinese. Wuhan had severe demonstrations and riots last summer. Coincidence? Development gone awry? Chinese stucco or drywall anyone? Lead paint in children toys? FYI. Thanks. And now you can combine Wuhan with the red virus and what is happening in Red China. Ignore at your own risk. Thursday, January 30, 2020
Govt Budget - Who gives money to Govt?
What is a fiscal deficit?
It is the difference between the government's total expenditure and its total revenues excluding money generated from borrowings. What happens if fiscal deficit shoots up?
What happens if fiscal deficit shoots up?
The government has to borrow more or ask RBI to print more money. But the printing of currency has its side effects. It leads to inflation and raises interest rates. Therefore, no government wishes to finance the fiscal deficit by printing money. It prefers borrowing.

Where does the government borrow from?
Market, small savings fund, state provident funds, external sector and short term funds. Market borrowing, however, is the major source to finance the fiscal deficit.
Borrowing too has an adverse impact?
Yes. If the government borrows more, it leaves a little room for the private sector and corporates to access the market. Also, large govt borrowing shoots up interest rates for all other borrowers. Besides, it increases the debt repayment burden of the government and also pushes up the rate of investment in the economy which in turn leads to a slow down.
Why is the fiscal deficit number so keenly observed?
It reveals the overall strength in an economy. Global investors watch the number as they fear a high fiscal deficit may crowd them out from the market and high inflation and high-interest rate regime can impact their profitability.
How much fiscal deficit a country can afford to have?
The fiscal deficit should not be more than 3%-4%. But in a developing economy, where tax revenues are not enough to finance the growing expenses of the government, a fiscal deficit can go a little higher.
Fiscal deficit in India's context?
India came up with the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (FRBM) Act in 2003 with an objective to reduce the fiscal deficit to 3% of GDP by 2008-09 with an annual reduction of 0.3% per year. It never happened and the govt kept on relaxing the target year after year. Last year, it amended the FRBM rules and extended the timeline of meeting the target of 3% to 2020-21.
Should India be obsessed to meet fiscal deficit target?
With new GST regime bound to have some teething problems, economists allow a small slippage but rating agencies and International Monetary Fund recommend strict adherence to target.
How did the numbers move over the years?
From a high of 5.9% in 2011-12, fiscal deficit has been brought down to 3.5% in 2017-18. The target was to achieve 3.3% in 2018-19. During the Budget in July 2019, Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman reduced the fiscal deficit target to 3.3% from an ...

hyperinflation eats debt
The idea is hyperinflation eats debt. The largest creditor of US treasuries is the Social Security Trust, so if they engage is hyperinflation it will lead to the destruction of Social Security and all other sovereign debts which as history has shown will lead to an economic collapse similar to the last time the government paid off the national debt in the late 1800's.
