I suggest adding some knowledge of chemistry to this. Like what can I use or make to clean water safely or how to create a potential fuel source. Or you know not killing yourself or others by making something dangerous on accident. (Like the guy that drank Koi pond cleaner) or knowing what can be potentially weaponized if needed.
I would distinctly add poisons to medical science. Although toxicology is a part of medical science it is not emphasized. Knowledge of poisons enables you to handle them safely, neutralize & weaponize, or avoid them if needed.
I would add blacksmithing & smelting & metal casting. Tools made of iron, copper, brass, aluminum or whatever metal don't make themselves.
Some things to consider:
1) Buy non-hybrid or heirloom seeds so that you can save the seeds each year for next year. I have seeds that are 8 generations old, and they still grow true to their original form.
2) You can make sour dough starter when yeast is scarce. There are enough yeast spores floating in the air to make it without additional yeast
3) Buy books on edible plants and mushrooms in your region, and start looking around you. I have tons of edible weeds in my yard, lol.
4) learn bicycle repair
5) Buy a clothesline for your backyard, or a drying rack if in an apartment
6) Dont hate me, but consider eating less meat. You can get complete proteins from plant food. It's a lot cheaper for prepping!

They will grow - they just won't grow true to the one you collected the seeds from. A hybrid is just the result of a cross of two different varieties of the same species. The plants grown from the hybrid plant's seed will express the characteristics of the varieties that went into producing the hybrid. They might be tasty, and then again, they just might have a long shelf-life!

And knitting socks! I got into loom knitting because I wanted to learn to make my own socks, and it looked easier than knitting with needles. Loom knitting requires more equipment though, so there is a trade-off.
I'm a retirement-age female, so people look at me and their knee-jerk reaction is, "what can she do?. I saw a t-shirt the other day that said, "Your first mistake was thinking I'm just an old lady!" One of the things about living a long life is gaining skills along the way. I'm old enough to remember macrame. I'm a knitter, crocheter, and a SPINNER, and have a large collection of wool yarn that will keep one warm even when wet. It's one of my prized possessions.
Like you I'm a retired woman. Prior military, ASVAB score of 99 and a Meyers Briggs INTJ personality. Three college degrees. In the last ten years I have taught myself to garden, preserve food, raise chickens, heat with wood, and basic home improvement skills. I push myself every day to become more resilient and self sufficient.
I've taught myself to crochet. Very useful. I can make bags, baskets, hats, rugs, dishcloths and towels, scarfs, shawls, sweaters, tops, dresses, pants, garments of all kinds, I also use Paracord to crochet various items in such a way that if you need the Paracord for something else you can take the item apart. I'm learning how to can and ferment food. I'm learning how to bake bread and yes this really does take practice. Haven't mastered it yet. I've planted a container garden on the apartment building roof. I'm growing tomatoes, potatoes, radishes, squash, cucumbers, eggplant, collard greens, celery, carrots, Swiss chard, lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, mint, oregano, and basil. I've taught myself how to make soap and candles. This lockdown clearly showed me that I need to make myself more self sufficient. Still a lot on your list I could learn. Very empowering to gain skills.
One of the greatest 'skills' you can develop is puzzle solving. Instead of proclaiming 'I can't' do this, develop a McGyver type mind-set which requires one to figure things out - how it works, what it does, and what can I use it for.

enjoy digital payment/apps
Here in China, all of us (I mean, everyone) use apps like Alipay and WeChat for purchases of basically everything. These are linked with bank accounts. So, a full run of the banks might not occur as opposed to a country that doesn't have the cashless payments already set up here. I do see bank runs on certain banks, however, but they will invariably have to deposit into another Chinese bank account to be able to buy food, pay for bills, Didi's, flights, trains, etc. I think you are correct about their fear of a bank restructure is admission of weakness and poor governance, so they want to avoid that. Interesting to see what they do. Indeed, here it 'looks' like things are well, but I fear the reality is much worse. I just wanted to highlight that potential barrier to a multi-bank run. I think that kind of thing can happen more likely in USA, Australia, EU, etc where the cash system is still in full force. To withdraw cash out of electronic apps (as mentioned) actually disables you here. So that is a safeguard for the banks. The question this is: many banks --> few large player banks where all cash deposits will be used to link with payments.... The wallet function in both Alipay (Alibaba Group) and WeChat (Tencent) might also be another catalyst, as you can 'withdraw' funds into their wallets - effectively putting money in these corporates, as opposed to the banks themselves. That could be an interesting de-stabiliser. Anyway, keep up the good work! Just wanted to express my thoughts on this matter.

The wife snd i haven't paid income taxes in 32 years ! I've been on ssdi for the last 12 years , And her payroll taxes are almost nothing because she earns a shitty wage ! The win here is the whole time just like many people , we bring in invisible income all the damn time ! We pay very little property tax , since we have an old rural home, We pay almost no sales tax because we don't buy any new items. If the government and the big boys can cheat so can anyone else ! If you think you are safe from a state raising taxes because it can only be done by voter referendum, I have some bad news for you. Without raising the tax rate, a state can 'adjust' the appraised value of your house, land and vehicles and you will pay more without the rate being changed. I have a 1988 FXRS Harley that could easily be sold $4k, probably more but that would be the quick sell price. But even if you said $2k, half of that you would still be under the state appraisal of $40. Yes, forty dollars. They have it assessed at not a tenth, but a hundreth of its value. If they did an actual value assessment my tag would go from $19/year to $1900/year and not a tax rate in sight was changed. The do the same thing on property taxes, give them crazy low assessed values they can change easily without having to 'raise' taxes.
That is exactly what happened to me with prop taxes in WA. Taxes went up $269 a month! That's $3228 a year!!! How can people pay that when the same evil entities forced people out of work for shutdowns! These folks need to hang!
I just got the tax bill for my 25 year old boat. Year after year the tax has gone down. This time it tripled.
The "bail ins" from the banks has started. Watch your bank accounts. My account which started as a fee free account and has been for many years now has all of a sudden been hit with multiple fees in one month. This is a large and prominent bank so im sure they are not the only one. This is not any sort of "conspiracy" folks. Alot of the things that guys like silver uncut have been trying to warn us about are now coming to fruition just like they said they would.
They will raise property taxes in order to seize property from people who cant afford to pay this increase. Socialist agenda is fully underway. Property owners should be prepared for the coming take over and arm up to defend against this government heist. Taxation without representatiob!
My town taxes went up 75% 2 years ago
I just ate at an outside restaurant in Philadelphia. When I received my receipt I was charged 1.50 itemized as a Covid19 surcharge.

The goal is the end of accumulated wealth which was presented by the globalist magazine The Economist. For those who think things will be normal or get back to normal or resemble what it used to be will just fall victim eventually to their machinations instead of maintaining as long as you can by knowing what is coming and why it is coming.
Property tax will continue to rise until leaving your home is the only viable choice, but by then they will have drained all the peoples savings and people will be lucky if they can afford a tent. The American dream will soon an high spec RV.
For States to raise property taxes it would only work if demand is inelastic (economic definition) and no decrease in the demand curve. However the opposite is true, commercial real estate is in meltdown and residential real estate likewise. People and commercials will move out or go bankrupt if over taxed, state revenues will be in a vicious circle of lower tax, unpaid taxes, non performing taxes non recoverable taxes with economic migration of both people. Cities will become husks of their former selves aka Detroit, welcome to the Brave New World

The majority of jobs are service oriented and increasingly obsolete, I've been maintaining that the market has been artificial and a large number of workers are redundant since the previous collapse, this is just accelerating that trend now that structural weaknesses are exposed in the economy.
True but most of it is moving to TECH!. which has a growth rate pretty high. had to spinn up more VMs to take the load from all the REMOTE USERS logging in. that mean more servers had to be powered on and more devices had to be ordered like laptop and docking stations. Pretty busy in the TECH FIELD.. maybe get a job in the 4 main Careers.. the JOB SECURITY CAREERS!! TECH, FINANCE, MEDICAL, LAW!! all other shit you take in college is WORTHLESS!.. most women take HR.. psychology. its the easiest college course you can take.. its funny cause these women graduate and think they are highly educated women... LIKE BITCH YOU TOOK THE EASIEST COURSE!! LMAO.. see how many Nurses we have.. soon as the boomers all die out they will be out of a job too.

Working from home
Working from home may not be so good with identity theft, human will do human things and I'm cautioning myself with over the phone transaction and may just opt out of some businesses depending on what is sensitive information and my privacy. Will companies have systems in place to safeguard clients personal information?

6 years ago after my 5th layoff within a 10-year span, I saw the writing on the wall. Sold everything I had and bought a small farm. Now I grow and raise my own food and barter/trade the excess for what else I need. I started a local barter/trade network which has skills from every trade including gas station owner, doctors, mechanics, welders, etc. We're 300 members strong now. We take care of our own. The Amish had it right from the start. Sometimes you gotta go back in time to survive going forward. Those who can't won't make it.

20% increase in electricity rates in Phx
In Phx, we had a 20% increase in electricity rates in 2018. Our $400 summer electric bills became $525 overnight. There is only so long you can absorb these increases across your basic necessities on flat/reduced incomes.
