I have two queries one in regard to personal and second in regard to professional life

Personal : when can i look forward to go the family way , my spouse
details are 29-01-1976 , 04:13 pm Dehradun , India , we have been
married for 8 years.We have tried for more than 1 year to extend our family
but have not been successful so far when can we expect to have child

Proffessional : I have been in sales function with MNC in insurance
sector since october 2007 , should i continue and there could be some elevation in present job or should i change are there any prospects of moving abroad
around this time in regard to my profession
