Coffee

Via Robin Cendrecourt: 1. Caffeine is an alkaloid that the coffee plant uses to kill bugs, which eat its' seeds.
The coffee plant also uses caffeine in the coffee pods to kill surrounding plants, so the coffee plant can attain more sunlight and grow larger. Caffeine is a pesticide, which causes genetic termination in living cells that come into contact with it.
2. MRI images taken before and after 1 cup of coffee showed a decrease in blood flow to the brain by 45%. When the blood flow reduction was measured exactly, it was actually 52% less blood flow to the brain, after just one small cup of coffee.
3. Brain imaging studies of chronic coffee drinkers showed they presented the same degradation of their brains as chronic alcoholics, cigarette smokers, Parkinson's patients and marijuana users.
4. Coffee can cause an urge to move ones' bowels because this is one way the body tries to eliminate poison from the system. The sudden urge to "poo" after drinking coffee is one of the body's defense mechanisms to poison.
5. Coffee increases energy via the human fight or flight metabolic response, because the body is afraid of the caffeine based poison. Coffee doesn't give energy, it removes it from the body.
The energy a person feels when they drink coffee is the body going into overdrive because caffeine is a poison and all poisons activate an energy release in the body. (fight or flight)
Coffee removes energy from the system, leaving the person progressively more and more exhausted each day that passes, therefore setting up the world's most dangerous energy stimulation addiction... coffee dependence for energy.
6. When the fight or flight response is triggered in the body, the lower IQ centers of the brain are activated as well as hormonal systems in control of aggression, violence, irrational and illogical decision making, jealousy, rage, anger, fear and paranoia.
Coffee generates lower end mental functioning with a side of every negative emotional response the body can generate.
7. When measured, 1 coffee activated the fight and flight response for 3 consecutive weeks, even though no other caffeine was consumed after that 1 cup of coffee. One cup of coffee poisons the body for 3 consecutive weeks, on a decreasing scale.
8. When coffee (caffeine) is consumed, the limbic part of the brain is hyper activated and the higher learning centers of the mind inhibited. The limbic part of the brain is only concerned with sex, reproduction, protection of territory, food acquisition and personal safety.
The limbic portion of the brain is the most primitive and least developed portion of the mind complex. When you want to out smart or dominate another person, it's best that their limbic system is activated, because it brings them to a mental state equal to that of a child.
9. The birth control pill inhibits clearing of ingested caffeine. This effect is increased dramatically by alcohol or pain killer use, therefore causing many cases of caffeine poisoning, which get treated as other things once the person reaches the hospital.
10. Coffee is proven to cause an enlarged prostate, high anxiety, insomnia, depression, birth defects, pain syndromes, unnatural breathing patterns, brain damage, hyperactivity, learning disorders (from the brain damage) behavior disorders, fatigue, certain types of cancer, Crohns, IBS, colitis, carpel tunnel, ulcers, low iron, heart disease, headaches, PMS, increased incidence of muscle and tendon injury, joint pain, heart attack, stroke,TIA's (mini strokes)… and that's a short list.
11. Coffee causes fat gain and cellulite because by triggering the body's flight or fight system (which any poison or threat does). This eventually changes the body's primary fuel source requirement to one of fat.
When the body is threatened, it prefers fat as its' primary fuel source, over sugar or protein.
Constant activation of the body's fight or flight system (via the daily ingestion of caffeine poison) aids in a metabolic shift to fat storage and fat conservation, because again the body prefers fat as a fuel source when fighting any toxic intruder… because fat contains 9 calories per gram for the fight, as opposed to 4 calories per gram housed by sugar and protein.
Welcome to the land of coffee (caffeine) induced fat gain, weight gain and cellulite. Coffee also destroys muscle, as the body purposely flushes muscle, when it's poisoned, to facilitate additional fat storage.
12. Coffee (caffeine) blocks iron absorption, causing the vast majority of anemia today. The entire threat of caffeine in general includes caffeine teas, chocolates, caffeine based energy drinks, caffeine based pre work out drinks and over 2000 over the counter and prescription medications that PURPOSELY include caffeine.
13. An investigation conducted by the author of the most extensive book on coffee ever written, reviewed almost every scientific research piece regarding coffee and his conclusion was that there's absolutely no scientific evidence what so ever that coffee provides any health benefits to the human body, on any level, in anyway.
He openly declares that any positive promotion of coffee consumption is a blatant lie, doing grave harm to our entire society. The publication of any positive effects of coffee are false and all can be traced back to a very powerful, covert and secret "coffee lobby", which has both commercial and ruling family oligarchy

5G

I've just been internet investigating about 5G locations in Italy vs virus outbreaks. The Lombardy area ( industrialised ) is the heaviest hit. It also has the most 5G network coverage. There does appear to be striking coincidences with the virus and 5G locations. However individual case studies seem to show a correlation of those with the "infection" had recent contact with someone from China.

I would like to put forward the idea that perhaps both are true. There is a virus going around ( possible not the type we are being told about ) that when in combination with 60GH produces deaths. Maybe the virus was specifically designed to work in combination with 60GH wavelengths.

Economic impact among countries

The flood is here and it's devastating. I was just watching a report from CNA talking about the island of Batam Indonesia and how they need raw materials from China for over 70% of their production. Trade between China and Indonesia has come to a halt. Many of the factories are getting ready to shut their doors on this Island. Batam is very close to Singapore. This is will a serious effect on their economy as trade between Singapore and Indonesia flows through Batam.

There have been several factories that have shut here in Thailand as well. I can see Q12020 is going to be very dismal if you take Japan in to account (-6.3 percent Q42019) and that was before the outbreak of the virus. People are being thrown out of jobs left and right and into "retraining camps" (if you know what I mean).

Banks' job cuts are inevitable due to AI and automation. We are doing the jobs ourselves for all our banking needs in front of the computer. Customers are the suckers having to DIY everything nowadays. How to have free time?

Kejriwala Success?

No other party has handed such a clear-cut election drubbing to the BJP in recent times, that too in a supercharged direct contest where the BJP worked overtime to polarise votes. This was a bare-knuckled fight and Kejriwal knocked out the BJP's powerhouse players fair and square (even if the latter played dirty and in the process managed to walk away with a marginal improvement in seats and a better vote share). In short, this is 'AK's' win just as 2014 and 2019 wereNarendra Modi's. And BJP strategists willremember this lesson when nursing their wounds aer this bruising defeat.

The Kejriwal sutra So how did the man, who began his life as an anti-corruption crusader in the Anna-movement less than a decade ago, pull o the AAP's biggest victory to date in symbolic terms?
If we were to lay it down – let's call it the Kejriwal sutra – then it involved: 1. Saying 'No'to a direct confrontation with Narendra Modi (Rahul Gandhi may find this tip handy). 2. Refusing to work to the political script of the BJP whether in terms of directly responding to policies of the Central government or the larger attempt at polarisation. 3. Focussing very closely on the work that the AAP itself did in Delhi over the last five years. But backing up allthis was a trick that Kejriwal stole from Modi's own playbook. Kejriwal is now as much a brand in Delhi as Modi was in Gujarat during his initialterms as CM. In an era of personality-based politics, Kejriwal knew that it mattered how he was perceived and he played the role of a simple, honest-to-goodness, development focussed 'patriot' with the right values to the hilt. He did not shy away from displaying his Hindu credentials, chanting 'Hanuman Chalisa' or visiting temples. If you asked him about Shaheen Bagh or the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), he retorted by speaking about jobs
and power bills. He's now branded his kind of politics as 'kaam kiraajneeti'
The core of the AAP campaign focussed on a development pitch around the party's work in the past five years during which it doled out subsidies on water and power – 'freebies'that voters may have found hard to resist – and the eort it put in to improve the education and health sectors. But all along, the superstructure on which this promise of development was carried was Kejriwal's dependable shoulders. The AAP strategy, fine-tuned by election strategist the Prashant Kishor-led I-PAC, seems to have worked like a charm. The results reverse the setback the party faced in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. From the 2015 Assembly polls, when it garnered 54.59 per cent of the votes to capture 67 seats, the AAP's performance was sliding continuously. The municipal polls two years later saw the AAP getting just 26.23 per cent of the votes – it lost half of the votes it won in 2015 – and it further slumped to 18.11 per cent in the May 2019 general elections when it came third behind the BJP and the Congress.
But over the years, the AAP learnt the trick of switching on and switching o its 'confrontation' mode. If it walked out of power aer 49 days in 2013,the post-2015 AAP was dierent. Kejriwal and AAP kept their eyes on the 2020 polls and they changed gears aer the depressing Lok Sabha results. While all of this sounds like a made-to-order formula for success, is this model scaleable and what impact will it have on Indian polity? Here are the big drawbacks of this plan: The AAP's silence on contentious issues may have an impact on the larger political narrative against the BJP, which theOpposition wants to build. Neither Kejriwal nor other Opposition parties dare to elaborate their stand on contentious issues fearing the BJP's "polarisation" ability. The strategy may sound fine when it comes to winning elections and keeping the BJP away from local elections but it inadvertently helps in furthering the Saron party's agenda. So the question really is whether this will work for or against the BJP in a larger political scenario. All in all, much depends now on the political instincts that Kejriwal displays to take his campaign national, ample signs of which his party has already broadcast.

Survival guide

Subject: Peak Oil, recognized by the Nation Geographic magazine, History Channel & Smithsonian magazine as a future food shortage event all should know about. From: A Former Missouri Army National Guard Officer/BS & MS Engineering. New technologies are pushing back the predictions of when Peak Oil will occur. Executive Summary: The 43 second movie trailer on the National Geographic Website http://natgeotv.com/ca/2210-thecollapse/videos/collapse-of-earth The movie is FREE on YouTube; "National Geographic Collapse" What Can I Do?; 1A. Garden with sustainable agriculture techniques (less pesticides and fertilizer (organic or better yet permaculture with companion planting)). 1B. Learn to preserve, and learn the spoil dates of different storage conditions, learn how to check for spoilage (includes give a little to one healthy person, if they don't get sick...give more to another...if they don't get sick your next action depends on multiple factors). 2. Buy food and manufactured goods made locally 3. Pay down debt 4. Learn skills they will be useful in the future and make friends that have useful skills you don't have (related to providing food, water, shelter, and medical care. A necessary skill is organic/permaculture gardening/farming). Very important: medicinal plant and medical skills are the best way to ensure your survival. All others will gladly sacrifice their life to protect your life, so you are around to use your medical knowledge to keep their families alive. Free first aid training from the Department of Homeland Security https://www.dhs.gov/get-involved 5. These are all high risk investments, best for only the richest people to put a lot of money in. I suggest investing some money into; A. Technologies to increase the "Carrying Capacity" of the planet; 1. Decrease environmental impact per capital. 2. Alternatives for our food system input to improve production. 3. Alternatives to our current living arrangements. 4. Alternatives to our plastics industry. 5. Alternatives to disaster capitalism (Note: the USSR and China have major human caused environmental disaster areas). B. "Delaying Technologies"; 1. i.e. deep drilling technologies (especially drilling 1 mile below sea level in the oceans). C. "Game Changer Technologies"; 1. i.e. Cold fusion energy. D. "Savior Technologies": 1. i.e. faster-than-light travel. 2. Replicator booths. 6. I also recommend you inform and prepare your family, friends, and others. It is best to initially suggest people have an emergency kit... for any emergency such as flood, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, loss of electricity due to a winter storm. Then, if the friend or relative puts together a disaster kit, what I do is introduce Peak Oil (by telling them of the 43 second movie trailer); 7. For the truly motivated, a community based organization to mitigate Climate Change and Peak Oil is http://www.transitionus.org/ (For non USA; HYPERLINK "https://transitionnetwork.org/" https://transitionnetwork.org/) Google 1) "2052" free Book summary download; 2) "Plan C"; See the Facebook page: "National Geographic Collapse movie"; Never give up, your families' lives are at stake! worldwide deaths at 7 out of 8 should die. I believe it is best to consider living between the Rocky and Appalachian Mountains well away from the southern coast and especially away from Central America. Consider the northern Midwest US where you have access to water (and the locals will accept you). Avoid being near nuclear reactors since the government may not pay to shut them down. Note; many rich in the US are stockpiling resources in New Zealand flee there. Think the Middle Ages, I hope and pray we still have a Constitution. We will have better knowledge if we can retain it. Read your history, it will repeat! Important Note: New technologies are pushing back the predictions that could not have anticipated what new technologies would be invented, when each would be invented and how effective each would be. A permanent World financial collapse will occur prior to Peak Oil/Plateau Population. This will be far worse than the worldwide Depression. Those in the know will know that the financial collapse will never reverse. The rich will become warlords or kings. Hopefully it will be understood that a form of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights will be needed to help prevent a warlord/king from being overthrown. Crucial Survival Information; Faith and Hope are essential in tough times!
