I was in a downtown lawyers office in a nigh-rise building, there was a stock broker company across the hall, when they announced on the news of the million people laid off (in a week) and that half of the small business might not make it and go bankrupt I could hear them screaming at the broker business buy! buy! buy! from across the hallway where I was, when you get bad news like this of Americas destruction that is a signal to buy stocks, and they were right, the very next day stocks went up almost 400 points.
