If I didn't see this with my own eyes I would have never believe it.... I live in a very well to do area (North west side of Chicago, Illinois.).... 2 days ago driving back home from work.... I was stuck over an hour bumper to bumper traffic.... clueless to what was going on... I thought there was a serious accident.... there was no way out of that traffic.... I end up parking my car on the side street and walked back about 10 blocks home... it turned out that they were giving away free food... I been living in that area for over 44 years never in my life have I seen that before.... this is upper middle class area.... I was scared to death making it back home.
