under Vietnamese communist regime for 13 years and I remembered how they handled the UBI. All of us allowed to own certain amount of money and we all had a food card which itemized how much rice, meat, fish, vegetables you paid per week. Sometime they ran out of rice or they sold rotten meat, you really had no other choice. Luckily my mom always bought gold before the regime came so we pretended we were very poor but secretly sold our gold to survive. I truly dont wish this on any human being but I see that will happen if we keep voting for these people who want us to depend on them 110%
