Social distancing

For the first time in my life I witnessed a man passed out in front of the liquor store during business hours being taken away by first responders (he had been seen downing a bottle of vodka just prior). We onlookers were standing outside in line waiting turn to enter the bank, a main branch still open. People seemed genuinely nervous about getting infected and maintained their 6 foot distance.
I agree with Gerald Calente that we are entering something like we have never seen. Our leader in Canada is already presenting guaranteed income of $30,000. per person as a solution along with substantial tax hikes. If the majority are unemployed, who will pay the taxes? These important changes are occurring at a blinding speed without public ascent and people seem unhappy.
