I am fortunate enough to have the best pizza place hands down in the state near my house. I was talking to the owner the other day and he stated that the bank absolutely would not readjust his loan or give him a new one. They kept asking him for more complex paperwork that he had never heard of in his life - with NEW rules on top of it and I'm pretty sure his credit is near perfect. Even he knew this was intentional - they're taking small business out or making them permanent slaves
