Buy silver ounces to protect your purchasing power. I remember being in Argentina and changing money in the blue dollar market I think they called it, was closer to the real exchange rate, instead of what the government told people the exchange rate was. Love Argentina!
its impossible to buy here if the police found you away you home.... you go to jail....and theres a lot of taxes to buy silver from outside the country. but thanks!
I saw the same thing in India in 1968. The official exchange rate was 5 or 5.5 rupees per $, but in the street it was 8 or so per $.
